mark247 39 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 (edited) Although there are still some good deals up there, possibly needing a bit of work. The price of E30's, esspecially anything manual, is just going up and up. It's off da heezzy. Edited August 20, 2009 by Mark247
Eagle 1662 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 Usually dealers have bs pricing. Reminds me of this. Was at 14k when it first came on years ago http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-115764439.htm
bravo 35 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 Really nice e30s are appreciating. Owners of clunkers are trying to cash in. Tell them they're dreaming.
Mark 178 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 It's a dealer listing. All dealers (especially hicktown used car dealers) think that because it's a BMW it's worth megabucks. Sad thing is, there's usually a muppet out there who's prepared to pay the asking price!
martyyn 2 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 The thing is I dont think its just restricted to e30's. Everything appears to be going up in price at the moment, maybe its because there are less people selling I dont know, but it all seems to be going up. Apex 693 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 Correct me if im wrong but I would think it’s a lack of new crapanese imports, dealers have been selling imported junk for years at low prices devaluing NZ's fleet and now that cars are expensive to import and rules are restricted they have to sell what they can get. They brought it on themselves really. It’s good to see second hand car prices are on the up and new car prices down, like Australia. E30's should be worth a mint
