hybrid 1043 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 Hey guys, Obviously by now youve been wondering whats going on. Tuesday night, the firewall that sits in front of our server packed a sad. This obviously stopped the site from working. For the past few days we have been trying to move the data from the locked out server across to a new host. because of the amount of data and type of connection it was going through it wasn't a quick process. Anyways here we are on a new more powerful host. From the team, thanks for your patience.

AN E30 Fan 1 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 ^Neither. Can't log on when I am using Internet Explorer, well it logs me in and then comes up with that little screen saying you are now logged in as...., please wait a few moments and then when it goes back to Forum page it says I am not logged in. I'm using Mozilla now. And it doesn't have anything in the "What's happening in the forums"

OLLIE 26 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 Working through problems now - bare with us. Forum Clock - I have adjusted this now - let me know if it works for you. Login from home page - I have disabled this for the time being - you'll have to login from in the forum - i'm sure this is not too hard. Ads ... the bimmersport adserver is being a prick. I've got the homepage looking right now and am working on getting the ads back online. Ollie edit - forum time for me is an hour behind ... i have auto detect DST (daylight savings) ticked in my board setting in my control panel. Can a couple of you report what time you are getting and whether you have the box ticked. Cheers

OLLIE 26 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 Auto Correct not ticked Daylight Savings is ticked Set to Auckland time zone Showing correct time for me yeah this works ... however this means you will need to manually adjust it each time daylight savings comes around ... would you prefer that I adjusted it so that you can tick the DST box and have it adjust automatically? Wom 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 yea I'll vote for the automatic way one less clock to adjust at daylight savings time
OLLIE 26 Report post Posted February 18, 2010 done when daylight savings is over we'll see if it actually automatically adjusts - if it doesn't or it adjusts it the wrong way i'll have to adjust the time for the whole board. better 1 of me adjust it than all of you.
