It is not a proper rat as he has spent way too much money on it, a rat should be a disposable car. The Engine swap fits into the scavenge and adapt philosophy. Anywho, It used to be cool*, but now I think the guy is a 'try hard' for lack of a better term. Feeding off opinion and 'haters', rather than just making a practical nice car. *It used to be a very nice car (even had the BBS RS's), then got crashed, then got rusted and he slapped the RS's on and took some cool photo's. A ratrod or eurorat should really be a car that has had little time, effort and money spent on it. As P-Jay said more or less it’s a fashion statement and reminds me a lot of the funny fashion campaign in Zoolandar, derelict, where people were spending a lot of money trying to look homeless. Thats it. Petrol fight! Poll doesn’t make sense to me though. How are you supposed to see the relationship between yes or no with age? Or am I doing this reading thing wrong? Only thing it indicates is that the sample is relatively young and more people like than not like, but maybe whether the results for like it or not might be the same with an older aged sample, who knows. I admit, it's a POS car really isn't particularly usefull. Really doesn't serve a purpose. Would prefer the 1JZ with a tidy E28 with decent suspention so I can drive it spiritedly if I feel like it.
