Are you allowing a lot of your own time to do the work, and your contacts to get good prices on parts? Beams 3SGE with 6 speed, quad throttles, headers etc. F20C (though that would be pushing the budget) 6 speed box 2JZ-GE, 6 throttles, Link 1UZ-FE, velocity stacks.. Ahh, so many options! Vtax That package is at Strongs and my GF's uncle owns it, I will have a chat to him and see what he can do. Hopefully should have more than $2200 to play around with.
