Ha, wrong, my paints only a few years old, 2000km old in fact, my sig below is before it got painted. Has a tinge of brown from the dust though :o

I had a Dakkar yellow in the family and it was faded. OP you colour looks sick!

I thought your "dakar" was a bit light Greg, remember asking you if it was Dakar. AFAIK the OP yellow is true Dakar.

I think the OP car was the "press" car when the E36 launched in NZ.

You too saw it before it was painted.

Think the red trims make it look darker.

Just being a smart arse Greg. I would expect yours would have been darker in the flesh & probably just looking lighter due to photo differences between the two.

That said - Red & Yellow are the two worst colours for fading in our sun apparently.

Ha after all the coments about mine i pulled it out, washed it and spray waxed, looks bloody good now, i've noticed with my car that different cameras always make it look darker or lighter, weird colour for cameras.

woah, Easy Greg.... Might be the light thats gives it the Darker look.... Looks normal to me tho...
