CSET 592 Report post Posted July 30, 2014 (edited) Hah, purely aesthetic. At my (edit: low) skill level this car doesn't need any more hp or any less weight Edited May 1, 2017 by CSET This post didn't make sense.

CSET 592 Report post Posted November 25, 2014 (edited) Oh I got a euro plate holder for the rear and a couple more pplates. No pics of that yet, but it cleans up the rear a bit. Some more arty shots ftmfw Edit: I replaced the Hamann fog light surrounds with the standard ones (kept the projectors) - looks a bit tidier at the front imo: Edited November 25, 2014 by CSET

m325i 711 Report post Posted November 26, 2014 What lamps are you using in the projectors? I have some of those 'blue' glass H3's, but they look more yellow than the headlights. Trying to get a super white ones as I only use them for daytime running, not fog (LED?).
CSET 592 Report post Posted November 26, 2014 I couldn't fit H3 LED's in the housings, so just the standard bulbs. They're ever-so-slightly yellower than the xenon headlights, but I barely ever use them. I would recommend LED's if you can make them fit tho - just beware some throw codes. I replaced my high beams for this reason.
m325i 711 Report post Posted November 26, 2014 (edited) Ha, yes, had the same issue, so I have ordered a different style LED. Car looks crisp as! Is this the same colour as the CSL? (bit colour blind) Edited November 26, 2014 by Nick G
CSET 592 Report post Posted November 27, 2014 Nope, slightly different. The CSL's were in code A08 Silbergrau. Mine's code 472 Sterlinggrau from the Individual division. Here's Silbergrau: Sterlinggrau:
Michael. 2313 Report post Posted November 27, 2014 Heh, I reckon Sterlinggrau is the better colour.

CSET 592 Report post Posted December 3, 2014 (edited) Tidy! Congrats on the new start-up. Thank you mate! No updates on MTOY for a long while as I've been working on my other car - the daily driver I bought a few months ago to replace my boring Corolla. Here's when I bought it in the middle of the year: And this is where we've got to now: Lel.
