I know im being picky but it would idealy be black, not have a sun roof, have M sport kit/ suspension but i can add that later. Please let me know if you have any leads as im prepared to pay decent money dependent on condition. Im very keen to get into a bimmer Would greatly appreciate your help. btw i could settle for a 323 if i have to and I'm now open to automatics. Haha hard to say with out seeing it but i went to see the black manual 328 on trademe nd there were bits falling off the thing :/ If its been looked after better than that id defiantly consider it could you post a couple pics? Could you give me an idea on how much it would cost? How much would the kit be if i were to install it my self? Also what do you do in regards to reprogramming the DME from auto to manual? dnkx 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2012 (edited) my coupe is on trade me here is the link Trademe link my number is 021 866 869 wof to feb 2013 156,000km 2.5 vanos engine (it is the m50 190 hp variant not the m52 circa 170hp variant, the 2.8 has 190hp also), 5spd manual, lsd diff, full m3 / msport kit, white leather, dark blue paint in very good condition, lots of shine 17 inch bbs alloys with bridgestone potenza re050a tyres, ohlins front shocks with adjustable valving (ie turn a screw to alter bump and rebound charastics (at least as good as koni bilstein etc) uprated non adjustable rear shocks (they are monroes from memory) lovels springs made in australia full twin pipe exhaust (ex 328i) catalytic converters removed 3 spoke msport airbag steering wheel (the factory suspension was msport, the shocks and springs are uprated aftermarket, the springs are roughly the same height as the msport but are uprated (ie its a comfortable ride height doesnt have a problem with rubbing the floor/exhaust on driveways or judder bars etc) i can return it to standard msport suspension if required but this set up is much better...) quick car good on gas, handles well and has never had a problem with wofs while i have had it. im in Wellington, freight to auckland will be about 350+ gst cheers Barney Edited October 25, 2012 by dnkx Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

dnkx 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2012 porirua city european can also do pre purchase inspections, they specialise in bmws and the owner (mike) was trained by shelly bmw where he was employed for a number of years. shelly bmw were the wellington dealership before jeff grey took over. jono from jkse used to work for porirua city european prior to getting into bmws and going out on his own. porirua european is more convenient for me as i work in porirua and jkse is on the other side of wellington which would mean i would need to take half a day off work to take it in. as previously said the car is in good condition, i deal in bmw parts so if it needed anything i would more than likely have the parts on the shelf and they would be replaced.... alternatively if you were to come down and buy it i could pay your air fare if sold at my buy now price... food for thought anyway Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Feist92 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2012 Sorry dnks ive got my heart set on a black one now Unless its exactly what im after im not going to buy something without seeing it first, sorry im rather set on that point of view Im really hoping for something 96 or newer with the m52b28 engine, at this stage id be open to an auto so i can do a manual conversion. does anyone know what kind of price id be looking at to swap in the m sport suspension? dnkx 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2012 thats ok. most coupes come out with factory msport suspension. an easy way to tell is via the diameter of the sway bars.
