BMW 328I TOURING

Recommended Posts

Nice looking car... Not sure about the comment "E46 Touring estates are a fairly rare sight in NZ" - I see them absolutely everywhere.

Its a Touring owner complex, much like M3 owners they think they have something rare where in reality there are thousands of them.

Rare is a E34 M5 Touring or the 2004 NZ new E46 330i M-Sport Touring in Manual, there is on that an accountant drives in Papakura, I really want that car.

"Accidents" happen to accountants all the time.

Are those BBS RS's or BBS RC's?

Look like RC's to me.

Aha! True, not many 540i tourings - would be a great car. There's an E61 M5 touring living somewhere near me. Would be a great fun car to own I reckon.

Until you figure the running costs are higher than the repayments.

Would be awesome though... E39 M5 Touring would be more awesomer.

540i touring across the street from my old school (Fairfield College), me and my friends were all sitting around our cars (2 E30s and my E36) after school one day when we saw it pull into the driveway. Quite enjoyed that sight.

There was a black e39 540i Touring that used to belong to an older chap on the Parnell / Remuera border. Sold on Tardme a couple years back for about 6k IIRC. Broke my wee heart!

Would love to know where its gotten to

There was also a Kiwi new Blue E39 540i Touring but it had been kiwi'd all it's life. (was like 6k too)

Had crappy woodgrain, black leather. I think it was an "ASE" was dirty dirty and dirty stone chipped to buggery ect. but would have been awesome if someone gave it some love :D

So badly want a 5er touring with the V8. Responsible family wagon with just a little bit of fun to stop me becoming suicidal.

Not like a VW Passat :( sigh
