Great motor very strong and drivable. Loads of tourque and mid range power. I'm after $6.5k Will take more pics on the weekend Feel free to ask questions. Genuine reason for sale. Motor/Drive train · M50 “stroked” to 3L with M54 piston,rods & crank - Done 8000k’s since bearings /gaskets done throughout · Getrag 260 gearbox (manual) · Aftermarket Alloy radiator with front mount pusher fan, 2 speed running from thermo switch. · Straight through 2.5” exhaust · LSD Body & Exterior · 130k’s · Sunroof · Motorsport Bilstein suspension · BBS 15” basket weaves · Sump Gaurd Interior · Leather interior (Recaro) · Pineeers Ipod/iphone headunit. Pioneer 6x9’s & fron Sony components run from Sony 4 ch Amp. 10” Sony Sub & Amp. Good points Have had the M50 in for just over a year, have had time to iron out the issues that come with a engine swap and it is running great and very reliable. · Recent re-spray & had minor rust spots removed - looks great · All certified · 12 months of Rego · Recently replaced brake lines with braided aftermarket · Electric windows/mirrors/sunroof all work as they should · New front wish arms Bad points. · Minor Oil leak (suspect power steering) · Boot carpet is a bit rough · Missing 1 waffle from basket weaves (bastard thing flew off) · Leather showing its age.(still looks good) Edited September 29, 2013 by thirtyglam Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I had one when I did an m50 in my last e30 and the engine / sump sat too low. Interested to know if you are using the m5 / e28 535 engine mounts? Yeah its the sa OEM one with e28 mounts - The bar itself fit fine just the shield needed slight reshape. (big **** off hammer and heat fixed that) I get the odd scrape on the 15's - When it was resprayed I had the guards rolled and could run a wider 16, no rubbing and don't remember ever hitting the sump guard.
