PVC Mudflap type material? Where?

Looking to make a flexible front chin spoiler for my rally car, like what you see on the big boys race cars.

Wondering if anyone would know what they use and where I would buy it locally?? Looks like the PVC you see on rally cars mud flaps.

I bought a couple of these a few years ago for my e36's, never bothered with the 2nd one as it was too close to the ground on superlows and would eventually rip off, it's still sitting in my basement if you are interested in it

What you're after is some old conveyer belt! That's what my mate uses on his rally car for mud flaps, front skirt and under body protection. He got his from work as he's a m&d engineer. I'm sure someone here can get you some.
