jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted July 23, 2014 Fair enough... Only a few mms between 40% of 265 and 35% of 275 though.
qube 3570 Report post Posted July 24, 2014 I need 265 35. Apparently anyway..
jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted July 24, 2014 I imagine 265/40s and 275/35s would fit aswell unless clearance is really tight on your car. Higher profile might fill the arch a bit better too if the 265/35s have a gap.
jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted July 25, 2014 Tyres are sold. Also have 8 brand new NGK Iridium BKR6EIX spark plugs - recommended and quality upgrade to M62TUB44 plugs (amongst probably a lot of other applications). $75 for four or $140 for all 8 (RRP is around $30 ea). Also have a virtually new set of 12 x NGK 3741 Spark Plug - Laser Platinum - bought them as recommended for the M70 only to discover it doesn't like platinum plugs. They were installed for 6-7 days only. As a result, they're yours for $25 a pack (of 4) or $80 if you take the lot. OP updated.

francoisv 466 Report post Posted July 25, 2014 Sweet, thanks. Think the will go well with the front set up of the ute
jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted July 25, 2014 You might as well go all out with the ute and get a power dome for the bonnet too:
francoisv 466 Report post Posted July 25, 2014 ooh that is pretty. where do you get this from? Im ordering one of these next month
jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted July 25, 2014 Schmiedmann used to sell them but can't see it on their website currently. I think the plus side is you don't get the ugly "GTR" vents and fitment will be perfect because you're fitting to your OE bonnet not an aftermarket CF one. Probably a fair bit cheaper. I seem to remember they dome and vent was about $300 + shipping from Schmiedmann. I thought about it for my E39 but decided it was a bit OTT but for your project, perfect!
