There's a few new channels and changes from Sept 1 so hopefully permanent

Eh, I wouldn't rave home about it if its just Exported American stuff.

A lot of their car shows are really tacky and annoying.

Can't expect much from the Discovery network given its last few years of program content.

more than half in that little preview were UK shows.

I too cant be bothered with Chip Foose. hes had a great career, built some nice cars, not a bad show, and knows his stuff.

But still the kind of guy i would dislike within minutes of meeting i am sure.

Was in Oz a few weeks ago and they have this channel on foxtel. Were some not bad shows. Spent a few hours watching it instead of going clothes shopping. Think I made the right choice!

When we were in Las Vegas the hotel had a channel called Discovery Velocity, I think this may be the same thing. Looking forward to it, makes a change from re-re-re-re-re-runs of Top Gear on BBC Knowledge :)
