Interesting.

BMW's Munich plant, which currently makes four, six, eight and twelve cylinder combustion engines, will be retooled with a 400 million euro investment until 2026, to make next-generation electric vehicles, the carmaker said.

I heard the Munich facility is doubling the floor area to deal with production of new kidney grills.

I guess they will make all the engines for Rolls Royce in the UK then?

At first I thought this would be something good for post-Brexit Britain but really, who wants combustion engine manufacturing long term?

Finally......no more oil and coolant leaks ?

Nah... they'll still manage it! The electric system has coolant, and the transmission must still have oil - It'll probably all get out some time! ?...

Especially the UK ones!
