I don’t know the market value of those two models, and the pricing for these type of items does seem to be all over the place, but the E30 M3 Sport Evo is the same as the one I have and I paid heaps less than they are asking.

Somewhat relevant, but if you've got some early Italian made 1:18 scale BBurago Ferrari models, they're worth moon beams if they're still boxed. This is strange to me, as I've got some and their quality is hardly anything to write home about, compared to their contemporaries of the time.
