that is an amazing price if you ask me... especial after talking to glen about how much his cost to build. i want it

E: strange, seams to be fitted with an m50 intake manifold...infact, to me it looks alot different from other 330 engines

Probably fitted with m50 manifold to get rid of the electronic throttle.

My "TOY" is not for sale now

I'm keeping it :P

Have just had the rev counter moded...reads correctly now

New plans:

Rear hatch spoiler...getting done at the moment (Schnitzer)

New tyres

New head lining and bolster repair

Manual & LSD later this year :P

Manual & LSD are going to be the big ones :D Did you end up getting the spoiler from Jerry Clayton?

Yes I did thanks Yuen $100 :P

Gets fitted tomorrow @ Euro Collision

BTW the finish on the genuine artical, which was brand new and still in the box wasn't that flash. Dave said thats quite typical with Schnitzer products, so we decided to prep it before painting and fill in the Schnitzer emblem because it had quite a few bubbles in it. Anyway, its only a spoiler, the rear hatch lip was the same. I'll need a new BS sticker too, as I've got to take it off the hatch to fit the spoiler. I might get Shelly to make me 2 to fit on the quarter windows or the side skirts. I'll post a picture when it's all done.

I'm going to try and buy a whole (damaged) vehicle for the conversion....Its easier that way, and cheaper two. Just sell what I don't need when its finished. As for the diff...I'll have to get an E30 LSD with the right ratio or swap the guts into my present 3.64:1 which is an E30 medium case and I've already fitted the larger axles.

$100... awesome price! Yeah the Schnitzer imprints I've come across weren't 100% perfect but after painting seem to come out alright. Definitely not noticeable if you aren't trying to find faults - plus they give you bragging rights :P Look forward to the pics.
