Suck's when this sort of thing happens. Getting towards the end of last summer I overheard a workmate saying he was looking for hay bales. Knowing he has a farmlett with some stock I said he could help himself to some of mine. Couple of days later I see his car and trailer leaving my place and it looked like he had the Eifle Tower on his trailer it was stacked so high. About a week later my step sister tells me she bought some cheap hay for her horse from a workmate of mine. Guess who had been selling the bales he got from me for free. Bars--rd..

a bit of a update to long project etc . just fitted some headers to the e28 , they are modified e34 M5 headers ,have been off and on a few times to get the correct shape etc to fit around the steering box etc.... not a lot of space in a e28 , subframe has to be lowered , engine lifted etc to get them in there and there are about 3-4 nuts that are really hard to get to , having to use small spanners etc , modified spanners. also a complete new exhaust system made. larger pipe than the previous sports system that was designed for a m30 engine not a M88 engine . sounds a bit different now looking forward to the next track day at puke in a week etc..

Hi Mick, I just tried coding the reverse gear gong on an 06 Z4. I could de-select it in the coding software, but it would still gong. Looked through a couple of other useful forums and the suggestion was to pull the wire from the speaker up under the drivers footwell. There are three different plugs going to into my speaker, I tried pulling each one seperately until the reversing gong went away. Worked a treat, still gongs for other warnings which is good.
