Got it running. Intake manifold installation is on par with doing the passenger side valve cover on an e39 M5. Clearance and lots of stuff getting in the way. Did a partial coolant change, about 5 litres and bled the system successfully. Engine runs well at wot for what it is but part throttle cruising at around 2-3000 rpm yeilds some missfires/over rich mixture due to the original b25 dme. Only engine fault codes that come back now are fuel trim limit on both banks. Maybe time to just get a good b25 and sell the engine and gbox, which surprisingly doesn't go in to limp mode any more.

schmiedmann.com Fast and cost effective shipping, superb customer service. Split packages so they're less than NZ$400 including shipping to avoid the GST.

Honestly they are f**king hopeless. i usually ring them once the tracking shows its waiting for customs clearance. I dont mind paying the gst, but having to wait an extra two weeks is unacceptable

Lots of drivers on our roads are prejudice towards the European marques. This a$$holes driving is an example of why.

$45.00 for dash cam, forward to police, and if no luck with police name and shame cars number plate.

The amount of time it happens to me in the truck at that same spot you cant count on two hands, I always make sure I have my dash cam on now

Check here. Particularly the note that they will not prosecute from a *555 call, or an online report, but can investigate if a formal complaint is lodged in person. http://www.police.govt.nz/advice/driving-and-road-safety/report-bad-driver

You can submit a complaint, and always better to do so in person, which holds far more weight than a *555 call. *555 is for in the moment, in the hopes that nearby Police can catch up to them while they are still offending, whereas after the fact a police complaint is more appropriate.

No chance. And Schmiedmann have perfectly reasonable shipping, not really much point in shopping around.

Changed thermostat and consumption on open road has dropped from 8.1L/100km to 7.7L Trans issue has been solved by Sherson in Tauranga. Turned out to be low on fluid. Feeling a but gutted that i didn't check this myself but there is no obvious leak and no flat surfaces at my current home. Could have been under-filled at last service i guess? Great to get a simple fix for once. Now onto the radius arm bushes, headlight not going, spot lights broken, A/C not working.....

Can't remember last time I turned the radio on bro haha. The film is metallised so I doubt it helps reception, but I'm not much of a radio listener so it doesn't worry me. Here's a shot from the side today in different light MtoyTints3 by Christian Taylor, on Flickr

Clever chap, got his priorities right! If I owned an E30 M3 then I would keep it in the house all the time. Probably in the bedroom tbh.
