More like the driver who was 'tied'.

I see you James. C'mon, it's worth a lot more that that. I'd say anything under 15 would be a good buy?

Hell, if I had 6 pence for every one of these I've seen, I'd be a rich man. Actually I'd probably just have a few more BMWs.

No power goes to the alternator Nath, it generates power. I believe it goes to the battery positive, but someone else will confirm.

In Auckland, Gavin at Hi-Velocity is as good as they get, and very reasonable with his prices as well. Hi Velocity Performance Tuning - Dyno Tuning Contact Gavin Bellars P: 09 442 4451 E: [email protected] 16D Parity Place, Glenfield, Auckland

That would be right.

10 minute change then, easy as.

So, did you fix them?

You forgot airbags Jonathan

You might end up there, but most of the information is what you see thru the run, from the start right thru to the final figure.ie. The M54B30 we just did shows little power and torque up to 4500 rpm, then it lights up and shows real power and torque from there to 6000rmp where it dies rather quickly. This is the result of me taking the vanos off and fitting M50 intake, combined with the M54 steel exhaust, The combination I have arrived at will suit the race application, but will be a bit of a slouch on the road, not that it is of any concern. As an aside, the engine now produces more rwhp and torque than the factory one, even tho we haven't done any other enhancements.

Happy Birthday Andrew. Hope you have a good day today.
-
Just looked, and nothing there sorry.
-
no sorry

Yeah, very happy, Gavin thinks a larger throttle body and bigger injectors for a start, it's running out of fuel at the top end a little.
-
Will check tmoro and get back, I believe I do.
-
Yeah, very happy considering the things a cheap standard type job so far. A lot of room for improvement and plenty of time to get it out on the track now and see how it goes. Gavin was happy with it and a little surprised at the final figure as well.

Ok, today was the day, and Gav's the man. The red lines are the start run, the blue ones are the final run.
