    Auckland to Chch

Am flying up on Saturday morning to pick my new car, and driving it down to Christchurch this weekend. Will be spending Sunday in Wellington before continuing on to Chch on Monday. Anyone need anything brought down that will fit in a e36 wagon?

With the new project on the way, the E34 must go so I am giving BS first shot. Jap import done 234,xxx kms, lowered on super low springs. Msport front bumper. Will come on standard wheels or can throw in the 19s I have for sale to but you will need hubcentric rings to stop the wobble that comes with it. Interior is very tidy however the rear seat has a couple of rips in it. I was going to swap it out for leather. The paint has a number of superficial scratches, nothing a good buff wouldn't sort out. Sounds fantastic. I suspect the exhaust has been modified in some way but haven't had it up on a hoist to confirm. Wof until mid Jan and the rego ran out last week however i will put at 3months on for the new owner. The bad - reverse has stopped working but all forward gears work well. Also occasionally the lights in behind the dash/centre console cut out. Suspect a loose cable somewhere but it only happens very rarely. I would like 2.5k for it but open to offers. And the wheels it will come on

    19inch wheels and tyres

I've had wheels sent down from Auckland depot to depot via Mainfreight at around $100 each time but that was without tyres. If you are keen on them, send me a PM and we can work something out.
  15. Getting rid of these as I need too clear out some room for when the new project arrives. $1000 http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...694&ed=true
  16. All sorted...thanks Scott
  17. All good. I've forgotten what a public holiday is as I work most of them. Ashkan, Scott - you have mail.
  18. Cheers Glenn. We are still settleing on price so will give you a buzz then.
  19. I am in the process of negociating a purchase of another car and was planning to fly up and get it this weekend as the seller was after a quick sale, and good price. However school holidays have had to go and screw it all up sending flight prices through the roof. In short, is anyone able to pick up the car for me and hold onto it until the 20th when I can fly up? Car is based in Papakura and I can pay you in various means.

Thanks for showing everything I missed. What you think of the factory tour? It made me feel like I was in iRobot or the Terminator.

LTE trials are starting soon but are probably 1-2years away from being available to the public. Telecom have the benefit of using the CDMA frequencys for intial roll out and testing but once the government decides what to do with the analogue TV frequencys, look for things to start happening and happen fast.
  24. Why bother importing some when there are some very good coilovers for sale locally? eg XYZ, BC..what happens if something goes wrong with them and need some decent after sale support? Suspension isn't something I would want to cheap out on as it can make or break a car in terms of drivability and comfort. The JOM ones you linked are only height and not damper adjustable.
