Yeah did open up a whole lot more. Still didn't rev it past 6k so a bit more power and a bit less time to be made. Yeah will take it around there... but $.

So after Hampton yesterday I have some issues to address. Ran a 1.21.8 which was a lot better than my first runs but that was with non working brakes. Brakes are now screwed. Bendix race pads are utter sh*t. Any help here would be good. Thinking trying a bonded Mintex pad. Will also need to adjust the brake bias a little bit and put a little more to the back wheels to extend the longevity. Will also make some ducts. Oil pressure chinese junk gauge has also f'd out. Will probably end up putting a modified factory dash in with some mechanical gauges. Will need to put an oil cooler in, oil was sitting at around 125 deg celcius on full throttle. Other than that she goes good. There is a miss and a good dyno tune should fix all that. First issue is the brakes though.

Yeah thats what I thought might have happened. There was also wet/dry patches which probably didnt help. It was pretty tame really, the kid seemed more gutted that his $700 car had a crushed roof more than anything.

Was loading the trailer up so didnt' get a chance. The guy was allright. Wasn't wearing a helmet so was a little bit flustered etc. Wasn't exactly high speed.

Was a sweet day. Managed a 1.21 which I was pretty happy with considering my brakes did absoultly nothing. You all left early and missed the Starlet roll in the skid pan.

Chur, In the last couple days have been driving a bunch. Still no real high revving but have been 200kms on the open road and in traffic and have had no problems. Still waiting for the exhaust wrap to burn out completly. It is a c.nt of a thing but it has to happen I guess. Will get some pics up soon.
