Wow, that is a good deal. How can you resist trying it? Looks cool, if you're into that sort of thing.

  3. See the other track? I never thought I'd hear any track refer to "Tat North" WOW
  4. Mearly giving some context to the costs being quoted. Drive one. You'll like it
  5. Rotors for an STI are $150 for a pair...

    keep up the good work
  7. Wow Jazzbass, thought you would have come across one of thoses before in your years Strut braces are pretty good if your drive relatively hard. Oil breather: Does the stock system have no breathing? ie sealed? If not then i doubt this would do anything bar bling. If they are sealed then would you want to make such a massive change like that, when the manufacturer could do it at no cost? I know nothing...

    RJ's new ride

A lot of people would agree they are the best handling FWD car you can get. They handle better than most front wheel drive based 4wd's too. They'll go around a corner quicker than a WRX...

  12. Have you owned anything else? Or does BMW pwn you? Come to the dark side.... V4 STi
  13. 600hp in an e30 is mental. its 'fun' with 170hp in the wet, 300hp would be rediculous, 400hp = crazy. 600hp? Will it even be driveable in anything but bone dry conditions? I vote m50, and NA. EJ20 FTW.
  14. Pretty sure he was on record stating this. Dont have any links for you sorry.
  15. Pretty sure you'll find Mr Irvin himself wanted any death footage of himself to be shown...
  16. Keep looking, you'll find a good one. Dont settle.
  17. please tell me thats you in your sig james? i would just go with the cheapest, its not like your tracking it or anything. surely you can get away with springs only? it will wear your shocks out, so just get shocks when that happens?

    not an m325i

Yes to all three. Plus the world of 25yo+ insurance is fantastic. Since this is a BMW site, (and it's a bit cheeky even posting it),here are some things that i have noticed from driving 50bazzilionquadmillion of them. -Jap cars are so cheaply made (i forgot this) -STi's are all rooted -Under steer is immediately apparent -Nothing jap (maybe an ae86?), feels as raw as e30 -for pure 'funness' to drive, e30 is pretty good. But 206kw and air conditioning make for a pretty nice combo. Specs: 1998 V4 sti 75km 3" from the turbo, with a real nice high quality jap muffler. Its pretty loud. earth kit (wtf?) I must have driven 15. Piston slap, clutch shudder, clutch slippage, bent pannels, noisey turbo. One even blew up on the test drive (cracked radiator). Im keen to track it at some stage...
