  1. I shouldn't be doing anything next week, if you want any help just holla. 021 0545450
  2. Yea, must have been converted Simon. Like you said, all were four stud apart from the M3. Don't know about the LM's. Do look suspiciously like them. Sh*tty offset though.
  3. Ohh Yea... I found it haha. Sorry everyone!
  4. Really Mark? Looked in both the for sale and trade me discussion but didn't see anything.
  5. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-212730719.htm The beauty you were all drooling over from the M\\\ run is up for sale.
  6. Sorry, I mean shave the boot and bonnet BMW roundel.
  7. No problem Brook, just a tip.I like the look of the shaved handles on your bimmer. A lot of people shave the badges off which I don't like at all. Shaving the door handles is a expensive job usually, especially if you want it done properly. Linky - haven't looked at this but is a cheap way.
  8. Beautiful. Love the schnitzerness of the second one!
  9. Mate, in the future only one thread is needed for the same discussion. Could have easily been added to the thread you started earlier. btw, looks mint! Do it!
  10. They're extremely expensive new mate. Second hand they're pretty rare, come up occasionally on Trade Me.If you fit facelift (genuine unit) lights then you've gotta replace the bracket, you need a new splitter for the parks and some other light. Thats just halogen. Xenon units need ballasts. Without them I don't know what would happen, would probably burn out the wiring? As well as the other things I mentioned. The genuine rear lights look immaculate but cost a fortune to get and modification is necessary to fit them. The ballasts were needed to get them to work without the celis strips flickering and no warnings on the dash. The back was enough of a hassle! You can buy complete hella retrofit kits for both front and rear but they charge you an arm and a leg for them.
  11. Cheers Ryan. Yep Unitec. Nup Coyle Park. Haha, I don't think anyones gonna guess it!
  12. These are the recommended interval for models years from 1986 through 1998 models, more frequent inspections are essential if driven in extreme conditions: • 5,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 10,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 15,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 20,000 miles - BMW Inspection I (I/1) • 25,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 30,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 35,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 40,000 miles - BMW Inspection II (I/2) • 45,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 50,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 55,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 60,000 miles - BMW Inspection I (I/1) • 65,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 70,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 75,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 80,000 miles - BMW Inspection II (I/2) • 85,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 90,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 95,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) For 1999 and later models, the recommended service/inspection intervals are as follows: • 5,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 10,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 15,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 20,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 25,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 30,000 miles - BMW Inspection I (I/1) • 35,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 40,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 45,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 50,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 55,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 60,000 miles - BMW Inspection II (I/2) • 65,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 70,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 75,000 miles - Oil and Safety Service (O/S) • 80,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 85,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 90,000 miles - BMW Inspection I (I/1) • 95,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) • 100,000 miles - intermediate oil service (O/F) Oil and Safety Service (O/S) Inspection I Service (I/1) Inspection II Service (I/2) Intermediate oil service (O/F) These are UK intervals AFAIK. Should apply to NZ cars. You still have to service as often, but the severity of the service will be the difference. For example, the '86 to '98 cars have one intermediate oil service between majors while the '99+ has two. Hope that answers your question.
  13. When you say service do you mean be fixed? A service won't fix the damage at the back.

  15. I won! somehow! Funny game.
  16. Was a great day. Some mint cars! Nice video Livi!
  17. Yea mate, was actually going to offer. PM me sometime, i'm free most nights. Yea, but thats only very limited up and down movement. I believe the idea of that dipper is that if you are on the open road alone you can raise them up to get better light. To adjust them properly you have to set them to the lowest point (I think, might be the highest, clarify before doing anything) in the car, then adjust from the headlight.
  18. I assume not, a couple of Indian guys took about 10 mins to do it completely. Thats how far out they were!Definitely worth it. It will honestly be the first mod I do to any cars I might have in the future.
  19. Yea Graham. It did make a difference, especially on the roof. But on the bonnet I don't think I did it right cause its no where near as good as the roof. Martyn, it took me a whole day to do the clay bar. I did the whole car tho. I don't know how you do it so fast Mark! But it looks stunning.
