Congratulations on the new born mate!

They are well below the standards of Evo or Car magazine. I've got an NZ autocar and a car mag sitting in front of me and theres no question about which I prefer.Will keep a look out for the mag.

It amazes me how anybody thinks that can look cool. The frikin parcel shelf pretty much is non-existent anymore. Some people are noobs.

I am talking about more modern engines like in the e46. The older engines this might not apply to as back then the octanes probably weren't as high.

You should always use the highest octane available, like 98 or 95. The last couple times I have filled up with 91 and it still has run smooth. There is a difference though. As the ignition system retards the timing to prevent preignition and so it doesn't damage the engine. It will still run fine but the chance of damage to your engine is far more likely. Lower octane increases fuel consumption (not more economical), higher octane should reduce fuel consumption.

I've seen pictures of both 4 and 5 lug Z1's. I would assume they came in 4 lug like e30's, and the 5 lug ones i've seen have been converted.It is based on the e30 though. At least thats what everything i've ever read about the Z1 has said.

Denon are great systems. Look stunning and are really nice to use. I have to admit they can be pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for. For reasonably small speakers, they have one hell of a punch. I was honestly blown away when I heard the quality of the sound. The NZ stockists are Eastern Hi-Fi AFAIK. Thats where we got our unit.
