Also did a manual swap (thanks to Ben) and also the other guys that really gave me helping a hand. Really appreciate it. We put the suspension in while doing the swap. Any way a few parts, Exedy clutch, Lightweight Chromolly Flywheel, and getrag 260 Things not pictured brand new slave, rear main seal, random new SS bolts and nuts other stuff i cant remember. lol

My PFL e30 coupe i bought around November-ish. came along way since i bought it, but still alot of things still need improving. Its sitting on Koni yellow adjustable damper shocks all round (thanks to a BS member ) Custom made springs in the front (snells) jamex super-low in the rear 16" wheels offset is 25 Enough talk. The day i got it Finally got round to getting the suspension in My mates ride(The guy that took the photos ) With the wheels... Hmm what you guys reckon, im not completely sold. Although i already bought them lol Thanks for your interest!

Hi have got some stuff from my manual conversion if anyone is interested - Automatic transmission from my e30 320i PFL in good condition, comes with everything removed -Torque converter -Driveshaft -oil lines -shifters and linkages Would be good for some one who has a stuffed transmission or something along those lines. $180ono for everything - Pair 45mm front struts complete minus disk and top hat. wheel bearings in good condition. Comes with standard springs. Also the rear shocks and standard springs. They all passed a WOF just last month. Selling due to upgrade. Would be good for someone who failed a WOF for springs not captive etc $200ono offers welcome need to clear up space. Will get pics up as soon as i find my camera cheers!!

i dont think i explained properly, there is still more spline left on the drive-shaft. about 20mm. can it be pushed all the way flush or have i really got to get another drive shaft? my gearbox is a 260 and my diff is small case.

I bought a manual conversion a while ago including everything. have everything in except the drive shaft. it seems to be 10 to 15mm to big. i have tried adjusting it and compressing it more but it still to long. (cleaned up the splines as best i could, crc degreaser, and then crc. dried it. put a little grease on it.) is there something i'm missing? if the spline on the drive shaft has surface rust on it is it OK to clean with a wire brush? I've hit it with quite a big hammer to get it to where it is now. PS is there an easier way to get the top bolt of the starter motor in? its a real pain in the neck. literally. thanks in advance for your help. =)

im selling a 2nd hand pair of koni adjustable damper shocks they are yellow in color and seem to be in good condition selling as i have bought different shocks and dont need these wanting 100 photos up soon thanks

hi, thanks for that! i guess it would be the same principle but just putting a bigger stopper in? any idea how much they charge, just called up suspension tech they quoted 250+gst for a rebuild and shortening. brand new sport adjustable shocks are 259 each including. any one on here know how long the stock rear shocks are on a PFL e30 Coupe when fully extended? cheers!!
