i dont have any photos but my g260 flywheel (although aftermarket) has a lot more meat on the face where the clutch plate has contact? Its thicker at that face

wow thanks all for the replies. I think the powerbuilt has dropped to second place, i've been eyeing up a Torin low pro jack, it has a twin hydraulic pump so getting it up fast is def a plus. I think its similar to the one Matt mentioned above. big red by Torin. Might give them a call tomorrow! the only reason i was looking at the PB jack was because a friend works at repco. Can do warranty claims anytime haha ill will be using the jack for home use mostly (rear subframe needs an overhaul soon)

i'm going to give myself a treat and by my self a jack!! just wondering if there are any particular ones to look for? I've been eyeing up the powerbuilt one from repco comes with creeper and 2 jack stands (to add to my collection of 4 all ready). I've never really owned my own jack, just borrowed from work/Friends haha cheers

Buy a v-band and flex-pipe and introduce a break in the exhaust. Not worried about bottoming out and hurting the turbo? Also i think, you will have to make a tool. its not very hard nor expensive -
I will certainly take you up on your offer! maybe when shes legal In time padawan... I also wondered what she had in her, looks like not much! haha Yeah the AFR is as lean as Navin during summer. I was under the impression the factory o2 sensors weren't much use past 5k? i may be wrong. Ill most likely replace the o2, CAS and CPS. it does have a miss fire on start up from cold for about 5 seconds then disappears. Also like Zero said i really need to check the coil packs. Also buy a wideband soon.

A little update, took part In the BS dyno day today. Although I was disappointed it gives me something to fix It made a humble 110kw ATW. Mr Geoffrey gave me a look. Kinda like this -.-" The dyno sheet looks like it started falling flat around 5000rpm. Will add a picture soon.

I can fit a 14" puller (engine side) with a machined water pump. 16" fan could only fit on the front for me. Im running condor engine mounts.

I used the ti rad. Also a friend used one. We both put a fan on the front of the motor. I've got a 16" fan. My friend used a 14" pusher with no issues. I think the AC fan will be fine.
