I think angel eyes look good not really a fan of the multi colour types of those tacky aftermarket altezza style ones. But factory headlights with the rings look good, a friend recently got a set off of ebay for less than $60 delivered. Heres a pick of my e36

hey the only modifications that i had to do was some ruff custom piping for the 3 heater lines that connect to the firewall for the heater being a race car u might not need this. the other was the coolant tank had to be mounted using scrap metal to the fuse box. also disconnect the steering uni joint as when i did mine i bent it trying to put motor in. Im pretty ews module and key dont have to be from the same ecu or even the same car as im pretty sure that you can sync/bind ews key and module to the ecu via a scanner of some sort. my cheap scanner has this option. I could be wrong tho, but a m3 specific ecu if needed, sadly people dont often want to part them from thier engines The other option could be getting the ecu flashed to remove ews from system entirely. Maybe give darren @ NZAD a call he might be able to import one for you.

The rack im getting is from a 320i msport id be happy if it was better ratio then e36 but if its the same or less id still be happy. pretty much just want to fix car with a mint rack and possibly some gains. Let me know what you guys think does it look like its worth a go I can try most mods that dont require welding. Cheers for the comments

Just had a quick look for gains on m54 looks like almost 50hp gain thats pretty good not to mention the torque gains but looks pricey to build the adaptor tho could be worth while if you have access to design and development

Yeah I heard adaptor plates need to fit. the e30 you mentioned had a m54 engine from memory.probs not much performance gains tho

Hey guys this has probably been covered before but couldnt find anything. My e36 steering rack is leaking and ive been reading that e46 racks pretty much bolt stright in with the e36 tie rod ends is this true. Are there any mmodifications needed for this conversion like steering joint spline banjo sizes etc. Any help would be much appreciated
