I have tried two standard ones in the past and all they did is go pop. Perhaps it was retrofiitted with the aircon or something and has a stronger resistance? May be a matter of getting a generic one from an auto-sparky.

Hi all, looking for a blower resistor as pictured. Obviously not standard type... as you can see this let all the smoke out. If you've got one available, or you simply know what make of resistor this is, you're help would be much appreciated! Cheers, Mark

Ok it is unique in that sense I suppose. I was going off the definition of unique implying it was "one of a kind" which it isn't for me or I suppose most people who are youthish car scene with e30s and golfs and stuff. How about you paint pink polka dots on it and give it wooden wheels? That would make it definitely unique I'm done

How would I make it unique? I'd do something people haven't done before. There isn't necessarily anything wrong with things which are not unique. Tried and true as they say.

I am by no means dissing the car, I think it's kinda cool. But a slammed golf with a few stickers ( along with other things i should add, i dont want to sound condescending)to me is nothing new. Aren't there entire websites dedicated to this stuff Hence why I say it is not exactly unique. Just my 2 cents.

I was thinking the same thing. But I think at the end of the day a lot of people who say they are center right don't really know what it means or where exactly they are on the scale. For example just because you don't vote Labour doesn't mean you are not center left, it doesn't just automatically make you center right instead.

I'm right and everyone else is either ignorant, not realistic enough, has too much faith in businesses just doing the right thing, or gay.
