Tidy for age, service lights have been reset recentley so that's a good sign. Price reflects the condition I would think, M52 are good engines with little faults other than the odd expansion tank pop.

Only a 320, single pipe all the way to the back, stock 328 exhaust would be the best bet as far as gains are concerned.

If it's a starter/solenoid issue I assume the starter won't be doing jack.

Like Nath said, route canal can cost anywhere from 2g NZ, Mrs got one done earlier this week. Same sort of story as Thailand but believe it or not, Fiji will also take care of you for the same sort of price as the Thai. Go on ask me how I know.

Saw this one as well, if you were in the way it would have been lights out.

Sit on the go pedal whilst stationary, see if it goes up then, if so, go for a drive and watch the needle go back down-thermostat.

With modification it'll fit, M54 and 52tu have the throttle body more or less under the intake manifold. Also has an outlet for the idle control valve so would need to play around fitting that too.
