  1. What have you done? Custom C arches? Did it involve quite a bit of hacking away the chassis? How much did it cost roughly?
  2. quite a bit of chassis flex?

  6. The BMW E90s are pretty much the same cars, 320i, 323i and 325i except the engines. Other differences include the range of additional options per model, basically what that means is if you want a car with loads of options, you will have to jump to a larger engined model. Despite having the same engine,as far as I know the restriction happens at the exhaust system and via its electronic systems. BMW official dealers will not do the engine upgrades for you because then they wont be able to sell any 325i models as people would then be choosing the cheaper 323i. E90s have been out for sometime now since 2005. I have been reading that the higher powered 3.0L Twin Turbo engine had some issues with the fuel pump, but other than that I cannot remember any from the top of my head. If you dont mind me asking, which dealership are you buying your car from? I would advise against the purchase of a demo car. When you do see the car there are a few things you want to check: -go into the boot, lift the panel which is basically the floor of the boot and check for rusts there. I know this sounds crazy but you dont want a car that rusts from the inside out. -check under the wheel arches, they shouldnt be too much dirt or stones, if there is, then it is very likely that the car was thrash on the harsh gravel roads... -while under the engine hood, check that the engine sees to have normalilty. What I mean by this is that the parts all seem to have of similar age. If you looks in detail you might find a part or parts being too new compared to the rest of the parts, possibly indicate as a crash or major replacement etc. Being a 2007 I doubt you will have much issues, but dont buy demo/ex-lease/company car because those cars get kicked in the balls everday!

  9. Just 3 or 4 guys messing the whole afternoon trying to put the shortened shocks on Nino's car...took ages to take the interior off only to find we didnt have the right tools once the shock came off. Changed the wheels over as P had Ninos and Nino had Ps, that took freaking ages, I was just there helping around pulling nuts off and screwing them back and helping Nino to consume some beer that he bought along...thats all... It was quite an educational afternoon, learnt a few more tips and little tricks, at least now I know how to change the rear shocks...its hands on learning haha... We were going for a cruise but someone had to go home because..."he had no ShoO"....oh hahahaha Nino you c**t! Pz was so good to you!
  10. Looks to be a pretty mint E30 mate...welcome to BS.
  11. hahaha...nice looks pretty nicely done was it a DIY? damn buzzy bro haha, does your car happen to be yellow?
  12. Hopefully the offsets on the wheels are right otherwise...f**king nightmare... Also, before you put the springs in and everything, once you get your wheels, go to either Mag and Turbo or similar shops and get a "centric hub ring" unless its an original BMW wheel. If you dont have this centric hub ring, your car will still drive fine but you will experience steering wheel shakes at over 80km/h and also when braking. Its not a major but just pisses me off. Cost me about 60 bucks for a set from Mag and Turbo but mine was a pretty special size... Once your whole wheels are sorted with the right springs then get a full alignment...helps reduce all the irregular wears...better off in the long run....remember you are still going to get some mad negative camber though Your car should be mad...once its done up
  13. Any possible chance of contacting anyone whos actually done similar jobs at all? Through clubs that cater for those kind of cars?

    Bimmer E36

Dont bother with a wide bodykit, you will find yourself with too much hassle and the costs. Stick with what you have and you will still get nice camber looks, mine is lower 80mm on the rears, nice cambers, but not over the top, lowered to where the 18s sit...its a nice height...

M? That aint even a M-Tech kit, how can it be M? Its only a either a 316i or 318i or a 320i... Lowering needs to come very soon, God, the car should look sweet once lowered...
