Just curious...you keen on changing that steering wheel?
-
For a 16yo...insurance is kind of...important...I havent had insurance since I started driving...which is actually quite risky...but so far so good...
-
The white 530d? New 5? Oi piss off, that wasnt me bro!

Oh come on, be realistic...Its not like everyone is a E30 nut around here... 318i are alright I guess, at least mines be all good to me...Sure its a bit of the black sheep in the family, 4 cylinder SOHC and drummies on the rear, but its always been quite fun to drive...even still today...though I am getting a little restless with the 115hp figure which cant get me anymore adrenaline rush... Consider about insurance, I wasnt able to get insurance on my car when I was 16...need less to say, you will have higher chances of getting insurance on a 318i over a 320i or above. Fuel economy is average I suppose, nailing out 500Km+ on a tank which costs around $90~ on 98 (depending on the supermarket discount vouchers)...

I was also recommended to them by a friend...Will go for a visit soon...since they are my closest option. I was looking at WheelFixIt, but looks like my wheels could be a bit more complex and will need to be done offsite as they cannot facilitate rims with polished lips which will require the stripping of the clear coat first before doing the mending then reapply a new clear coat... Thanks for all recommendation, will look into all of them...

Nice looking 5 series, curious about that V8 badge on the side...only on 540is?

BMW uses a layer of wax about 3mms thick which look just like what that M5 has. Can only be effectively taken off using 140C water and a mix of Kerosene.

Throw them all in Iraq or Afganistan and let those arabs do the shooting... I thought these gangsters are tough as metal balls? lets see whos got metal balls....those crazy C4 packed arabs or these so-called ruthless gangs...

Anyone know where might be the best place to get curbage fixed on their mag wheels around North Shore? Ive just managed to do a slight curb on one of my rear wheels the other day...it was not a good feeling at all... Thanks berry much!

Nino must be mad!

I think the standard BMW headunits can play MP3s via CD. IIRC from the top of my head, the new"er" BMWs do come with the option of Ipod control...but not 100% sure myself.

Just whipped on a Pioneer DEH-P7950UB headunit. Got a good deal at JB HiFi, a really nice headunit that is a seriously good buy for people willing to spend a bit more for a headunit. Features are great and the sound quality is superb. Even with the standard 6 speakers, the whole car sounds a lot better than expected. I would recommend people changing their standard headunits first before changing speakers.

5.25" fronts and 4" rear... if you are looking replace your speakers, keep the current 4" on the rears...

The adaptors costs around $20 for the wiring loom and radio conversion head at Appco. Adaptors really helps...took me 30 minutes to wire them up myself...

Its all good mate...
-
Took me so long to convince him to get one...he finally cracked...

Most people on BS are quite opinionated...gives a toss about what other people think...so a photoshop as a guide...if you are all good with it then...Im happy for ya to go with these wheels despite being a little jap~ish....
-
18s look good but 19s look dope...whatever complement you like most...choose the wheel...
-
Hey mate, thanks for the photos, could be interested in those front grills...presume they are not damaged in the photos are you keeping those?
-
Do we get to see it at the next BS meet?
-
Photos of the 17" please? Automatic gearknob? Full leather or metal with two patch of leather on either side? What kind of seats were they? Standard or the sports? Thanks!
-
Ill go with the 19" if I was you, I know there is quite a price jump and there will be on the tires but your car should look dope as once its lowered with them... As with the offsets, 35 is the correct offset for E36s...but lowering 80mm may give you mild rub. I am running 18X7.5 with 225/40 and lowered 70mm front and 80mm rears accoring to the measurements of Pboy, I rub the inner plastics on full steer or near full steer and slight rub on the rear inner guards with people sitting in the back at turns but nothing enough to chew the tires...
-
I dont know if its those 15s or what but they look lower that Pboy...
-
Thats nice as bro...totally dope...Ninos still lower I think...by a few mm...
-
hahaha...envy...
