  1. 2008 135i with 17T Turbos, 24-25psi. done early this year. The Graph is wonky due to the ZF6 trans according to the dyno operator. Car is making a lot more power now however yet to re-dyno it.

  3. This is becoming project content. I fried my turbos a month ago and just replaced the cartridges yesterday. Such a painful job, N54 sucks 😄

  6. Early F20 116i,118i,120i all use the N13 engine in various states of tune. 116i model tends to be the cheapest although option not too well optioned. I've had one of these 116i for a year as a daily with a stage 1 tune to take it from 136 to 200hp. My real world average economy is 8.7L per 100km, however easy 5s on a road trip.

  8. Hope things work out ok with it. I worry about mine sometimes, seems like the idles not as smooth as it should be, but no error codes and I installed new sparkplugs too.

  11. Took the 135i to a dyno day. 562hp and 819nm at the hubs. Graph is jaggered due to ZF6 trans and the way the dynapack loads it up. Dyno Video: 20230128_091107.mp4 The day after I took it to the Drags and ran 11.437 @127mph with a soft launch. Didn't get many goes unfortunately, but will be back in April.   12. All the N54 ones were manual or 6 speed auto. All the N55 ones were manual or 7 speed DCT
  13. Hybrid turbos, inlets, downpipes, intercooler, water meth, custom tune, exhaust, walbro 535 fuel pump, general maintenance. Currently 25psi boost.   15. Hi, There are some common issues. They are at an age where if you're lucky, most have been remedied. ie HPFP, Injectors, various oil leaks (OHHG, VCG etc) However waterpumps have a tendency to just fail without warning and sometimes don't last many K's The N55 engine has the same water pump issues too. Mines been ok and i'm pushing about 600hp, but maybe i'm just lucky. I would strongly recommend a pre-purchase inspection from a Euro car specialist (not the dealer)

  22. Yeah, pretty happy, but ordered a better intercooler, the 5inch ebay one isn't cutting it. its costing me power in 4th gear, as the N54 DME pulls timing if the IAT exceeds 50c. It sure is a lot of fun
