I will have some soon with a ceramic coating similar to HPC. Said to add about 4hp and reduce under hood temp dramatically. Will cost around $150 more per set.

Thanks for your detailed description Andrew, great job. Was pleasure working with you. Your car is very nice. Ray [Hell BM] has a set fitted to his Cabio and has no issues with excess heat to lead area. The stock cast manifold appears to produce more heat than Headers. The header look is enhanced without shields also.

You guys on Bimmer that have purchased and fitted my M20 headers should be seeing Gavin, for re-mapps for max gains. He believes 20 RWHP gains are archieveable.
-
I'm In there next week, got headers going on E46 - re-mapp week after.
-
Nice power gains, although not documented. Much more mid range.
-
crap got a new muffler and now it sounds like a HONDA

What is muffler inlet size? I had similar probs on my E46/ M52tu. The muffler was to big [volume] this creates drone and loudness. I had to weld coby just before muffler inlet to quiet things down, sounds great now. -
Thanks Graham, hope you didn't mind me posting.

Just listed my last set. Would love to sell to Bimmer member! Discount to Bimmer Member of $50.00 If you use buy now!

Thanks Graham, was pleasure working with you, your touring is a nice car. Have dynoed headers on bog stock 200km 325 with skinny single exhaust and got 11 RWHP, would be more with re-mapp.

PM Boris, Mr E34, he has all the anwsers- good guy.
-
Thanks for the kind words Ray, they look nice on that engine. Very nice car.
-
Yes, short unit bolts to OEM flange [stock]. Longer header needs supplied flanges to be welded in place.
-
Will hold them for you guys with a deposit, otherwise 1st in 1st served.

Born out of frustration i believe Mr Miller, this man knows his stuff!
-
Hi Mike, nothing sorry for 635i, would be tight with steering box down there! Can help if you have sample.
-
The mid section with collector is part of header [secondary]. It is important to slow gas flow before entry to exhaust system, also balances. you can operate without mid section but gains not as great.
-
These are RHD headers, will bolt up with small mid system mods[two welds] or clamp.Only mod is to mid -exhaust, as header is supplied with mid section. Ta.

Would need to know by end of month, thanks.

Pm me Josh, may have a deal for you. Wayne.

About to re- order headers for M20's will take orders, deposit 50% of full price $695.00. Tested on tired E30 2.5 with single exhaust 11.5 rwhp gain. With pressure on NZ$ will be hard to purchase at this price again!
-
Hi, not on Dyno yet, awaiting long header set to be finished, then will test.
-
Hi there, these headers were designed and made for us. Price to members -$575.00

About to trial these shorty headers, will bolt to OEM front pipes- no welding required.
