have seen many messed up setups by car audio shops not knowing how the system works. i have had the amps repaired in the past . you can wire in a new amp , but really need to fit crossovers etc to do the job properly otherwise you will be sending bass to tweeters etc and blowing them up. or at least a capacitor inline with the tweeters etc just remember the orginal amp has about 10 chanels and with built in crossovers for each speaker , bass , mid and tweeters etc

looks like a pretty basic cheap one . this is the type you want its not a best bars one but same design best bars ones normally have a chrome tounge

i had a 5spd box in my last e34 with 4.4L in front of it yes they are only found in the 530i 730i 535i 735i v8 models 1:1 top gear so you want diff ratios like 2.93 , 3.07 3.15 3.23 etc look just like a zf box from a e36 328i 3L m3 or e34 525i etc , except with the larger V8 bellhousing shape. you can see here in the pics the difference with the bellhousing shape of the 4 and 6cyl types compared to a V8 type also pics of the larger 6spd box

i find the best bars ones best , made for bmw nz etc 1400kg braked just look for a used one , they come up often enough

haha nice work i remember doing v8 swaps have done one by dropping it in the the top with the auto gearbox attached was a pig of a job the other one was done through the top with box off 1st last one was done by lowering the subframe etc

i think you will find the torque of a 3L non vanos engine running with m50b25 setup , will be good enough for a light weight e36 i mean the manual non vanos e36 325i is fine to drive around in at low rpm etc and with a proper bit of remap tunning etc torque should be ok down low

yes will work , diff ratio is a good option for a 540iA for better pick up will change the geraring at 100km/h in top gear from about 1800rpm to about 2100rpm

you will need to also check if it has the dualmass flywheel , as that may need replacing too. if you dont do that , the new clutch wont last very long at all. how many km on the car etc . have options if needed 021433600 [email protected]
