just did my e34 535i there this morning , gavin's a great guy . was dropping off some parts there so though i might as well do a run or too. with some different ecu's i had. not a bad result from a stock engine with 72,000km a bit less than my hartge built up engine i had with higher compression and hartge ported/valved head etc it got 133kw and 315Nm..

just looking at the lines down the side of the car , and the front rails in the engine bay etc .

i dont think the chasis is quite straight . so might let this one go , and use the parts to fix up a freinds nz new 87 525ee that has a striaght chasis but could do with a 5spd box and maybe the body kit.any one wanting the 2.7 block?? or resonable good panels , doors , boot lid , bonnet . gaurds etc ???

yes have seen a couple of 325e floating around. i fact my mate pulled the engine out from a fire damged one at the local wrecker for his e30 1990 sth african 325i hartge H27S project . he already had a 525e engine block that we got from pick a part but then this e30 engine came up so grabbed that one because its already got the correct sump on it .

havn't tried the stereo yet will try it later on when i take a battery down to the car .yes have the code for it . also my freind has one the same if its not any good.

its a bmw factory mtec kit that goes all around the car . but behind the plastic kit is teh std crohme bumpers with out the rubber bump strips .it has had a knock at some stage so unsure how straight or mint it is untill i remove it . cheers

na picked it up from a guy in cambridge then called into warren's place (BM warehouse) for a chat and catch up

body/chasis a bit average not sure what to do with it now .

i have a 4HP22 from a 89 320i with teh sports/ecno switch thing . also have one from a 89 325i with just the cable kick down system . also a freind of mine has one from a 89 525i with the sports/ecno switch . $300each. 021433600

stupid doesn't open them as big as if you right clicl open in new window .

its not nz new . apparantly he says its a OZ import . so then i asked him about it being the low compression engine with less power and he hasn't answered me yet . the OZ market got the US spec'd engine with only 8:1CR so only about 180HP instead of teh NZ new and UK/euro spec 10:1cr 218HP engine

have 325i rear exhaust system as well to match if needed. i think the front section of teh exhaust system are much the same

just brought this . 88 nz new 283k , e28 525e with mtec kit and 5spd box . with a cracked head . what should i do with it , stick a 2L head on it , maybe throw in a M30 3.5 and 5spd box lsd etc . turbo ? V8 conversion , V12??? what ya reckon . maybe M50/M52 2.8L etc ???

black coupe . damged front bumper , guards and bonnet . lowered springs , std bmw stereo with cd changer . vanos engine , 5spd auto . interior not to bad except for hood linning .
