    Quick rant thread.

been using uber a lot when going out for drinks etc. very happy overall and really have nothing bad to say about it. they were very helpful when emailed for support for various little things - i had a discount coupon code for my first ride that didnt get automatically deducted so they sorted that out. another time a driver took a weird route and i didnt realise at the time as I was half sleeping and didnt care but realised in the email that i got the next day so they sorted that out by providing a partial refund. they have apparently just reduced the price by a further 20% so its getting really good! drivers are all quite friendly and have lots of positive things to say about it too which is nice to hear
  7. I had 17x7.5 front 17x8.5 rear on my e36 and previous owner had 225 45 17s all round and i changed them to 235 45 front 255 40 rear and noticed an instant improvement in grip and just overall better feel.
  8. I do like the E46 steering wheel too but Im happy with what it currently has and its in really good condition. going to remove the m badge on the back just need to save up so I can get the car detailed at OCD after it all towbar will stay as a bit of protection against rear end accidents and to ensure people dont nudge me while parallel parking. I do want gloss black grilles too but plastidip is just so much easier and I dont have the time or patience to do a proper paint job on it atm
  9. ^ if it doesnt have black hoodlining then it wont be a genuine msport. thats one of the little things that can really confirm whether a car is really factory msport or not because people can put msport extras on but usually dont bother with the headlining and a pillar trims etc.

  18. Possibly up for sale are my Genuine BMW Style 66 wheels from the E39 Minimal curbing and overall excellent condition All tyres have heaps of tread left and evenly worn Front: 17x8 - ET20 - Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin RE002 - 225 45 17 Rear: 17x9 - ET26 - Bridgestone Potenza S001 - 255 40 17 Not too sure on pricing but mags must be worth $500 on its own and over $1k worth of tyres on them So ill put the price at $1100 for now (I also have a matching 5th wheel as my spare and could possibly sell along with the rest if I find a suitable alternative spare wheel)
  19. If anyone does ill offer a dollar more than russell
  20. http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/5 the only 16" of style 5's are the ones off a e30 m3 (which these are probably not) or the 16x7.5 off an e28 m5 (probably not either) or the e34 5er (i think probably this) so its most likely going to be ET20 offset. which is pretty good and fits a whole range of bmws
  21. Got two of these for sale but wrong fit Part #11281748131 https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-drive-belt-tensioner-pulley-11281748131 paid $20 USD each + shipping + gst tax happy to take $20 NZD each or $35 for both
