You're my new hero. I'll flick you email instead of a message when I get the chance.

I tend to have a theme across all the cars I decide to change up from stock (see below only 4 I've bothered with) and I always end up with a blacked out looked.. Until the Schnitzer, she's a special chrome blue combo going.. And so this M3 will most likely follow the black/blue trend as did my other m3 with black/black so I feel the yellow ambers could throw it off. I'll get my wheels, and then go from there.. Wheels will most likely be black at this stage as you all probably figured, it's the fav.. I was fortunate that a lovely person saw this thread and gave me the amber front and rears to use for free (thank you to that person!) great Bimmersport family.

Ladies and Gentlemen... I'm still unsure :/
-
Well. That derailment. Anyways a cars paint distorts legs. They're much better in person :,D
-
Maybe he meant the jandal in the photo haha. Thanks, it's a mate of mine. He got caught accidentally
-
Yeah unfortunately I'm not a fan of them Ambers.. Change them out pretty quickly.. They do look cool on some cars though! But there's enough of an Amber ambience already surrounding it
-
Haha! Yeah I have a few cows in the paddock if needed! Parked a car there for the two weeks I was away and my lawn mower guy couldn't fit past.. Didn't want to scratch the Schnitzer.. Fair enough I say! Would be carbon grilles but they didn't fit.. Waiting on a response from the company to rectify..
-
Blacked out the grille today... Only screwed up the one when I accidentally dropped washing on it.. Still looks alright!
-
Because I borrowed it lol. Much easier than lying on the ground at times.

First day back in NZ and couldn't resist... Unfortunately splitters are yet to arrive; and the other two minor items weren't flush so sending back... Diffuser fits perfect! Easy to pop on too, thank goodness lol. Springs being sorted and CSL tune done thanks to Ray and Tom! First drive home and stuck in bloody Auckland traffic.. Egh.
-
That looks so good. I was thinking with blue bolts to off set that all black look... But those look incredible on that blue.
-
Wicked thanks guys. Finally back in NZ today so going to do a big mish of grabbing my parts today's getting some quotes for wheels etc. SO DAMN EXCITED FOR ALL MY CARBON WAITING. Work VSXX have been quoted at some places around 4K.. Which seem a bargain.
-
In before the crowds.. Sam and Christian at Obsessive Car Detailing. I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere once you've seen their work.. And their workshop
-
Person owned it for a week and thought he was a pro track driver right? Haha
-
I'll just get the legal type - no one will even notice the difference! Still looking for wheels.. VMR? Seem affordably okay. Not sure if you can get an okay set of wheels around 3-4K in NZ :/
-
You're making me debate this or wheels... How much extra investment to get it running well enough to make a difference? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Just had a look.. 556 and 558! That's pretty wickedly awesome.
-
Wow... Didn't even catch that haha

I put up a hey, look forward to reading and joining - picture of my two cars a little bit about both first and second M3. Nothing rude etc. I was very polite. I signed up as MissBM. Posted a welcome and photos of my M3s and then went to log in a day later and was banned.. Would appreciate it if you could ask. I've emailed a few times now.
-
When you attempt to join an M3 forum.. Put up a welcome of basic nature and BOOM. Banned. Agh.
-
Was going to message you on Facebook
-
But if it makes everyone feel better, I'll just go ahead and purchase pretinted ones.. Didn't think I'd get this much flack on BS for doing it.
-
Went through this with my M3. Can 100% confirm they paid out, despite indicators being tinted with film. They questioned it, but I was protected. If it was such a big black mark, I don't think I'd have my blue M3 today lol. And NZI ain't a small insurance company..
-
I go away on a 10 hour flight and come back to the most responsive thread ever. Happy days lol.
-
The last car was done the same. No issues working for Car Folie I saw it all - and know the laws, but thanks for the heads up anyway. In saying that, there is also a protective law for us insurance consumers, that if the modification (like tint) was not the main cause of the accident or any contribution towards that accident, insurance can't not pay you out. And yes it is a grey area. Because I've had VTNZ wofs with tinted film indicators Can we get back on topic please?
