Inside knowledge says Telecom Go Large has been a complete failure and they've got 70,000 users to transfer to other plans. You should hear something about it soon. Telstra Clear is where its at.
-
It must be. What makes you think its not? facelift, 316i, Momo Arrows, Tech 1 sides, tech 1 rear, colorcoded bumpers, 4 door white, half colour-coded mirrors, not as sacked but very similar. Cheers Andy (tm.)
-
yeah thats Gareths spare.
-
you obviously need a set of burnout tyres to endulge in every now and then.
-
Hey Josh or anyone that might know, what is the rear skirt on Jordans old car? AC Schnizzle?
-
Sorry man, 16 4E 1 means your've got a 316i with an M40 1.6L engine. theres mine from my NZ New 316i Manual coupe **removed pic to cut out any confusion**
-
I'll try and find a pic to help describe where the tag is located. It took me ages to find while the engine was in the car, so hopefully can help you.

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...on-87078056.htm its probably one of the best looking examples of E36's you should expect for that price. Unless you prefer a Ti' (which I dont), there probably isnt much worth buying for under 6k. Sub $6k E36's never seem to be quite upto par, lots of km's and generally pre-94. with the specs you require, it is reasonably unrealistic that you'd find something adequate for around 6k. 6k seems to be the lowest price you can pay for a very average E36 with higher km's. Hard enough finding an E36 with those specs for less than $8k to be honest. 6k tends to be able to buy you a stock E36, on stock wheels done 140/150-180,000km's, auto, imported 1991-1993/4 316i/318i. Or a 320/325i with 180+ km's on it. Just an opinion, the trends I've noticed. Some of the few cars that come close to spec- http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...&key=133012, http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...&key=133012 http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...&key=133012

be sure to check the stamp on the passenger side of hte block to see whether it is a M40B18 (1.8L). Have come across a couple of NZ New E30's that werent 1.8L. It isn't safe to assume, unless your've actually checked the code. Should say 16 4E 1 or 18 4E 1 on the block. Looks like a beauty, gl with the sale. Cheers Andy

If its an LSD it should have an S on the diff tag.
-
I'd been looking out for it again just to check, its got to be this -> http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...on-88107977.htm

Don Brash - surely they still make those mask's of him.
-
It looks like a real mission, but once you have it all re-transplanted, you are going to have something very very special. I dont know I've seen any other genuine hartge E30's in NZ, hopefully you can find the rest of hte parts to complete it again.
-
I heard it was good idea to check E30's for rust in the sunroof area before purchasing.

centeconsole wont even fit in a computer case box. Tis 760mm tall by 500 wide and made of pretty breakable foam. I might be able to take it to a place that does a packing service, just dont know where and wont be in Auckland for a week or 2.

free bump.
-
thanks for drawing my attention to that.. now just need to save my what $200k for one.
-
probably best to get a tow truck or mobile mechanic and take it down to the mechanics best to wait till you can diagnose the leak. Dont want to risk sparking it up whilst driving and scorching the focker unless you're planning to buy a honda. Too many people have scorched there cars from faulty fuel lines of late. Theres a few on trademe forsale, damaged cars.
-
If they're aftermarket lights, these are sometimes known to do this. Not sure what it was put down to, male end of the plugs not being the same as the female or something.
-
Damn Fleming, GRR! lost us the game despite what his score might show.

E36 wheel is a fair bit smaller in diameter than the E30 if I remember rightly. So one would assume it'd have a larger centre. Just went outside to measure, crosswise its 170 x 180mm with an overall diameter of 370mm It maybe 365. Was trying to read measurement under E30 interior lighting lol.
