I just replaced the ones out of my facelift 320i race car, they passed a warrant check no problems and only came out because they're being swapped for urethane. Will post a pic next time im up in Auckland if your interested.

Looking good aye. Beau mentioned to me he was keen to paint the sills / lips / rear valance .. anyone else think it'd look a little less iS by doing it. I always thought the black trim always complimented the iS look.

dirty contacts. A blown bulb or loose contacts generally cause other indicators to flash faster. I suggest removing the bulb and spraying some CRC in there to clean it up and sure up the contacts. If that doesnt solve it, maybe check the wiring at the plug end of the indicator. dont worry, its not something to really worry about as its more of a common problem, these often come loose every now and then. Hope this is of some help. Cheers Andy

Brent had an auto 635i that he was trying to sell not long ago, I think it wasnt running so great and maybe had the odd piece of rust, was struggling to find many bites above $2000 from memory.\ I think theres alot of price difference betwene what you can get for a manual versus auto.

I need to change mine at some stage - if your looking at getting some - would be happy to pay half postage, might even be able to organise some sort of group buy. $120 NZ+delivery for E30 Urethane engine mounts from IE.

not that you should ever consider reselling the car, but... keep all the original bits with the car. Look how frustrating it has been trying to find a set of 15" Basketweaves because it was parted prior to you purchasing.

that is awesome! Love the new styling.

thats a very nice car. Looks to have most the evolution cosmetic accessories.

Just keep your old plates in the boot. The only real difference is slight size difference in height I think and different font.

Just thought I'd remind people after seeing an article in Autocar mag that... The BMW Art cars (Roy Lichenstein, Andy Warhol and the likes) will be on show at Auckland War Memorial Museum from 18th July 2007 (for a month). These things dont come around much, possibly the only chance you'll get to see these in the flesh.

bump - p.s living in Hamilton now, so people have the option to pickup from there too if they'd like. Just need to wait till I go up to bring things back down.

Happy birthday young fella , have a great one. Andy

keep in mind sedan doesnt necessarly mean four door - dictionary.com -> "an enclosed automobile body having two or four doors and seating four or more persons on two full-width seats" going through a broker tends to save you more money in the long run. I dont personally know of the fees that might be incurred but they seem to find hte best deal for you.
