its just sic in disguise... we all know your a secret bmw lover. With regard to your question, yeah its gonna be near impossible to find a manual conversion for a E36, your best bet is to start ringing around the wreckers and asking what it would cost including labour. SDeuropean in Hamilton have a good range of parts and I know about 2 weeks ago they were advertising a few E36 manual gearbox conversion kits. But then again they want $2000+GST for an E30 one so much be charging oodles for an E36'er. Buy an E30 if that tickles your fancy, and if it isnt a manual, someone will have a conversion kit handy for you on these forums (I've got one for a M20 engine which should fit a 320 - 325 and maybe a 323)

also you have to take into considering the possible problems that arent regarding registering. UK Imports are well known for their attraction to rust, if I was looking at a M3 I'd wanna drive it and check it out before considering taking it any further.

I'm gonna stick with the hubcaps or swap over hte bottlecaps off the 320 for now as have just foudn out bottlecaps arent suitable for racing on.

I remember this awesome Platenugrun 320i with tri-spokes on it, I believe they were worth in the 10's of thousands per mag. I think Topless has hte pleasure of owning them now.

If your going to vote for sic, give some justification, right now I cant see why he should be, as his affiliation with this forum is umm... err..... im not quite sure what it is without owning a bmw.

Can someone confirm the following statement, is this not a SE ? as it comes with side skirts, shadowlined, headlight wipers, basketweaves, colorcoded mirrors, rear headrests?
-
it mentions "Only steel or single piece aluminum alloy road wheels are permitted of 14" or 15" diameter, maximum width 7j, offset between et15 and et25" So does this rule out 14" bottlecaps which have et35 offset? What offset are 14" and 15" basketweaves ? Anyone know the offset on 14" e30 hubcaps

E30's really arent worth $8500 unless tehy're really showroom condition.. if someones dumb enough to pay that high then thats there problem, they pay what they think its worth.

ive got the race car now, am just gonna fix it and keep it auto for daily once the race car is finish, have realised from looknig around that its too good to giveup on. Worth more as a whole kit than parting it out aye. How much you wanna pay for the clutch.

Someone bought me $500 US shares in Eurodisney when I was born, they just went into liquidation I think it was, and they wouldnt give me my 25c worth of share pay out they said any sum that was below a certain mark would be donated to charity.. I dont know where I signed that away.
