You'd think that LTSA (or whoever they are this week) would have a list of approved suppliers. Try a safety shop, as they would have suppliers for the orange and purple ones that might do green. It's actually on the WoF sheet. A wof dude entered mine wrong on his pc to complete the wof and it came up with all sorts of messages! Wouldn't let him wof the car.

I found out a guy yesterday got a fine of only $150 for having an unrestrained child in the car and another $150 for impeding the flow of traffic. 70 in a 100 zone. Makes you think there might be a few problems with the system! As a father, I would have had him strung up by the nuts, and as a truck driver, I would have had him run over by a B-train!

Maybe if you ask for it. The primer should be fine... should last a year or 2 at least.

Basically the K+N stuff is a primer with flex aid added. The flex aid drops are what auto refinishers use to allow the paint to flex, and expand/contract at different temps/rates to what steel does. Stops the paint cracking and looking like sh*t after about a month. You dont really need to sand your bumpers (most have a textured finish that's a prick to sand properly), just make sure you get it extremely clean with prepsol and a tack rag, even do this a few times! *ex-automotive refinisher

I honestly cant say I've seen an E34 without aircon.... Mine is still mint even though the blower motor has died. Crack the roof half an inch and you still get cool. Seeing that that 535 has an OBC, headlight washers etc, I'd say it has aircon.

If we hadn't just had our second child, that M5 would be in my garage by now. I just hope some tool doesn't buy it and destroy its originallity.

I bought a set of 4 e39 wheels from a member here with "WoF able" tyres... 2 are snow tyres. I'm not putting snow tyres on my car so they are for sale again. Maybe able to organise cheaper shipping due to a transport company I work for. Pics from orig owner I paid $150 and had to get them shipped from Aucks at the cost of $30

They must have changed the law since since I lived there... Speed cameras in Qld were always marked vans with signs warning "speed camera ahead"from police.qld.gov.au "philosophy of the speed camera program is based on general deterrence using marked speed camera vehicles..." Victoria was the bastard for cameras.. I've seen one in a combi sitting on a jack with the wheel off. And then there's the wheely-bin cam!

All good... outta my price range at the moment anyway. My body and interior pretty mint except for my roof lining (and thats just too hard to ship) and an OBC (that I cant justify to the mrs coz we just had our second daughter).

Doesn't mention cert and the engine number on carjam is a bmw one....
