pencil me down for a set. when will they be ready to be shipped out? have a few expences to be cleared first. are you likely to get more done if this 10 sell out resaonably quickly?

either fan motor is f**ked (to test put a terminal directly on each pole of the battery to see if it works), or the relay is (to test connect 85 and 86 to each terminal on the battery, and check for zero resistance between 87 and 30)

85 and 86 are opposite ways round on those two diagrams.. it should make any difference which way around they are though correct?

what happens when you connect 86 to earth? edit: oh and get fuses in there man! they are there to protect the relay and/or motor!

Right so got the car now. thought id let the pictures say a few words on the daily. Stereo does not play radio (Jap tuned, not sure if i will have to buy a band shifter for it yet) Tape player does not want to go either, which means no ipod in car Luckily Volvo for-saw this, and prelabeled the stereo for me haha Was brought with the intention of NOT becoming a project at all, or, if it does, not till after the E30 is finished. Typicaly however, I havent even owned the car for 24hours yet and ive already brought some lowering springs for it. But at $30 for a set who wouldnt? Drops 40mm when i my mech can do it for a cashy. Luckily the wheels are quite nice from the factory really, have brand new tyres right round, and are a screwed up stud pattern so they will be there to stay for some time. Just removed the center caps Will keep this updated this for the people that want to read it if any further mods happen. Chur

once again, iirc, E30iX x5x swaps are a LOT harder than converting a car that already has the 4x4 lined up to start with. the struts are too far forward for the E34iX diff and either type of axle to be used, engine has to be on some particular angle to get the transfer case to clear... at least the e34iX is already lined up for a x5x engine. A euro S50E34iX would no doubt about it be tits though.. if you could pull it off!

iirc the rear is always LSD, center diff obviosuly LSD of sorts, and the front is open not very strong. youd be wanting to upgrade/reinforce diffs and stuff to make that happen
