For a cert the spacer needs to be bolted to the wheel ie. using countersunk grub screws. Went through this with my cert process with H&R Trax spacers.

Have one for sale out of a SA E30. A bit of surface rust from sitting outside. Can fit any E30 I believe. $100.. Pick up in Manukau.

They will fit an E36 with narrowish tyres, they are a tough offset for 3 series.
