I have one in rather average condition that you can have (it is fine, but I whacked one corner, and it has a crack in it. I have taped and glued the crack up, and it looks fine). Let me know, and we can arrange a time for you to nab it. Cheers

Hi How difficult would it be to fit the Recaro front seats out of a 1993 Mitsi GSR Lancer into an E30? Would this be possible...or just too hard to worry about? Cheers

There was a Honda there, a nice red NSX (in fact you can see it in the background of one of the photos Andy posted), however it didn't attempt the cloverleaf course. Also there were no mishaps, however the guy in the E46 M3 tried his best to connect the front of his car with the big concrete wall. Cheers

I think I took the left hand side one off your hands earlier in the year.Cheers

Yes, it was a great day. For anyone wanting a very very fun road to drive, it is the Old Te Aroha Road. This road runs from the base of the Kaimai ranges and you end up in Te Aroha. It has been used on Targa before. We were able to get along that road at a good rate, and it has a great combination or corners, straights, and a whole series of one lane bridges. Cheers

That is bloody good, nice and cosistant. Cheers.

$35 - 40k. Are you selling yours?
-
I got one for $12 from Trade Tools in Penrose (I actually needed a 17mm one in the end). However it was a pain in the butt to use (small gap to get to the plug), so a guy at the BM Workshop made me a better tool, that uses a ratchet that is a piece of cake to use. It cost me nothing. Cheesr

Mike you don't still happen to have the M20B25 Motrtonic 5 speed box still for sale do you? I'll be in Wellington on the weekend of the 4th of December, so will grab it then if you still have it? That is on the condition that it is in good nick etc, and that the broken mount is actually repairable. Cheers

Very very nice. Awesome Cheers

Why...because it is 20kg's lighter. You'll have to put up a better arguement than that, instead of just baseless statements. It is like saying "green is a nicer colour than red"...it just doesn't make any sense. Is that your opinion, or a fact? Back it up. Cheers

I'm with you (with one minor exception)1) E30 M3 Sport Evolution 2) E46 M3 CSL 3) 507 Cheers

Yup, 16's in my opinion are best size for an E30 too. Cheers

My advice for you if you buy this or any other E30 is to make sure you have some spare cash left over from the purchase. E30's are old cars, and they will require some work done to them, and something will go wrong with it from time to time. They are good cars though, but you just have to accept when you buy something between 14 and 20 years old, it will have the odd hiccup from time to time. The up side is that there are heaps of them around, and parts are easy to come by, and are relatively cheap. Good luck Cheers

Hello and welcome. Good luck with your BMW ambitions. Cheers

prove it - i'll scan in 2 e30 manuals of 325s. Yup, in the manual that I have, the 2 dr is 20kg's lighter than the 4 dr.1180kg's vs 1200kg's. Cheers

I am blind.I stand corrected. Cheers

my bad, i wasnt lookin properly, but andys right, dosent look like a SE I'm pretty sure it is an SE.I think that the NZ new 1990 E30's were pretty much all SE's, and also it has the blacked out chrome window trims (an SE trait). Cheers

I agree. My pod (Gus's old one) offers no performance enhancement at all. However I do need to shield it properly (which I will get around to). It does sound cool thuogh!! Cheers
