Completely Illegal, Like, FCC say nononono. So, you probably can't even find one for sale. Blinder units are LASER Jammers. However... Laser Jammers, are completely legal, no regulations about pulsing lightwaves. Unless you're real brainy can can build a Passive Radar Jammer.

I think the way to tell is, if it's got Manual/Sport/Economy it's a ZF, and if it's a Jatco it's got Snow, Sport Economy. (on the switch)

Check the rail hasn't come loose, bolts on the front and back of the head. I was reading in a guide somewhere to check the rail was tight when you do the adjustments.

Did you do the clearences with each piston at TDC? or with the lobes pointing downwards? I used the pelican parts guide to do mine with great sucess. I'm not sure if you can break an eccentric, but I'm sure you'd notice an odd one out when adjusting them.

You'll need an M20B25 from a later model car. I've done the swap. it's very easy. Just don't stuff up reinstalling the transmission like I did. Also would reccomend doing the usual maintinence items whilst the motor is out the car (cambelt, tensioner, waterpump, ect ect) And you'll want a better diff ratio going from a 320i

best thing about trade me is though, Is I put up my old lawnmower that I got when flatting... sold it within an hour.. just because so many people are on the site... Probably sold it too cheap also.. ahh well..
