Hey, 5.5K.its pretty reasonable compared to what other people have been asking for non Msport versions and I spoke to quite a few people over the last two weeks. Will probably spend another 1K to get everything sorted as it needs Major service and control arm bushes replaced soon and will just use until the new year. Cheers

Purchased 2000 model Silver E46 330i Msport. VTNZ Wof. Drives well. Issues: rocker cover gasket seems to be seeping oil... alignment needs to be done needs a proper interior clean and exterior polish. Will add pic once I figure that out..

All the e46's I have been looking to buy have sagging roof lining, dam I cannot do this !

Thanks Guys, yes looking at a few at the moment, viewed a 1998 e46 328i. Rego on hold, owner is overseas. Asking 4K or near offer. 216Kms on the clock starts up and drives fine but there is a strong burning sort of radiator smell from the vents. Popped the bonnet and no clue what too look for, no glaring oil leaks etc.. need to get it inspected before I make an offer as I don't know if it is anything major off hand. I am not in a hurry as don't want to buy something now and realise in a month the motor needs an overhaul...

Porsche showing off its 911 Chassis at it's absolute best. I am a fan but I am sure the development budget of this alone may been the entire program of work for the 4series coupe. Its great to see M4 taking the fight to a full on Sports Car costing roughly 80K more, this is the grin factor for me.

This wont make much of a difference during the festive period as most of the roads to your favourite Holiday Destinations will be gridlocked. I know I am opening a can of worms here but the law's pursuit to clamp down on speed will soon make enjoying a sports car a thing of the past! As 7th gear mentioned above they need to focus on cars that are not road worthy and probably make the way we get our licenses more stringent ... its shocking what goes on our roads and this has nothing to do with speed. A true car enthusiast will spend a lot of their hard earned cash buying tuning and fettling their cars with a never ending addiction of perfection , then one day you find yourself on a deserted road somewhere and will want to exercise your right foot for a few km's and just then coming out from a hedge somewhere will be the fuzz.... license lost.. its sad. Rant over.

Okay I bought into when BMW needed to have a car in the compact segment ie. the 1series. I am just getting used to the fact they have a 4series which still does not sound right and now a 2series. So now we have a line up 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8? model series. BMW please stop.. must be getting old.
