Amp turns off when headunit and/or the car are off. But what I mean, is if I dont want bass (very rarely lol) and just want treble, I have to turn the sub right down to -0 on the headunit. I'd rather a switch where you just flick it & it turns the amp off. Flick it back and the amp comes back - no touching the heady.

Would you freight the interior stuff to Hamilton, my expense? Any photos of the Skirts and any clue what you want for them?

A lot more photos would help get interest. Just showing distant photos of the exterior wont get potential buyers. People want to see: engine & interior and any mods you may have done - close up. Nothing worst than an auction/ad with 5 photos of the outside from a distance. Makes people think you are hiding something.

Didnt notice the bumpers were different, thought just the trims. I reckon colour code the lot. No black.

Maybe also tint the windows, 35% is legal but anything darker is not, but when I had 5% and then went to 20% the cops never cared...depends on your attitude. Same goes for WOFs. And lowering springs a must, E30s do not suit 4WD hieght Colourcoding: bumper trims, door strips, door handles & mirrors. Get colourcode for the original paint, take to paint shop, get them to make you some then remove all of these bits and paint then refit. If you not keen on painting, any painter would be happy & gaurantee a good finish. Some people may say, shadowline the chrome (around the doors) making them black, but that wouldnt suit it. So if any one does say it, I reckon its best leaving it chrome, black wont suit it if you colourcode everything. Same with the front chrome grill.

I'd like to put one of them speaker levelers or whatever it is...of course wired up..are they common to find or pretty rare? And the other blank could be custom.. put a hole in it, put one of them small switches thru it and use it for the amp cut off or something. I might do that now.

My window lock buttons are on the surround of my gear selector...what model E30 has them on the dash? And same with the speaker leveler, what model has those? I have 2x blanks next to the demister & hazards...boring assed 318i nothing flash whatsoever

What is this small thing you can see in the photo? Looks like some kind of vent? Just need to get it off my head have always wondered and its driving me nuts.

Considering petrol can damage paint, and thats a BMW and all that and the fact the caps are metal (can then scratch or dent the boot also)...that makes it even more stupid = Failed. Gas Station attendants are trained to put the Caps on the pumps if there is no holder, so if the customer drives away without it, its there waiting for them. If its on the boot it can cause damage & if they drive off its lost for good (usually). If they arent attendants, then they should figure that out themselves - common sense - its quite obvious petrol is bad for car paint. Just explaining myself...so dont start no beef guys...

Has a holder for the petrol cap, but puts it on the boot lid...major fail.

I say DO IT. I love an engine bay & engine that is fully deloomed & all the ugly crap hidden etc. Just like my Inspires engine. Wont be easy, but everything is possible.
