Also ITT: Fluro green IAC, and bonnet strut.

Mine fitted straight on without jacking up the car, and no suprise there either! The holes are slotted like a hookers... nevermind. Anyway, no time to drive it, but I will try it tommorow and I might have a gadget to measure front end flex between the strut towers while im driving in real time. Also might hook up some accelerometers and measure acceleration and cornering g forces.

Dude, they are 800x600...... Unless you are talking about some on another page? Edit:nvm, i see the ones on the page back.

Cool dog. How much did the rotors set you back? And what brand are they (dont want any that are going to crack / warp easily)

I would probally just stick that one in, I wouldnt bother swapping bits and pieces over.

Maybe this will help how it is rated.. http://www.gallaghercorp.com/i/pb-06-a.jpg

Any e30 51mm struts?
-
If you take it off it will be fine. Im not 100% sure but I thought it was for imported vehicles that came over on ships and was to prevent corrosion from the salt air / water. If you take it off, your valve cover / manifold isnt going to corrode.
-
More commonly known as cosmoline I believe, its to protect the metal from corrosion.

TV on the train seems to have crap reception.

You cant drink water from the tap?

Yeah, im just gonna go with 75d on everything, and some offset CA bushes aswell. I think the alloy subframe bushes would be a bit too much especially on NZ roads or any road other than a race track.
-
If its same as m52, isnt it like a 36mm socket? You can get them at repco for like $30 Edit: nvm, i see its alot bigger.
-
Whatever.Going with 75D.

DD at the moment, go to track once suspension is sorted. If the solid ones are really that bad I will go urethane. I dont mind a bit of harshness / noise.

The m20 TPS is just a switch, which tells the ECU, idle, partial load, or wot. It is not varible like on newer engines such as m50's and newer. M20's with an automatic transmission and selectable sport modes had a slightly different TPS, which included the normal TPS for the engine ECU and the variable one for the transmission ECU. You can easily test your TPS, by checking for contiunity with a multi meter, im not sure of the pin connections, you will have to find that yourself, or trial and error. But with the throttle closed, 2 pins should be connected, with it partially open, none should be connected, with it at wot 2 should be connected (different to the ones when it was closed). Sometimes they can fill up with oil and not make proper electrical connections inside, or they become out of adjustment and so it either reads partial throttle or wot (it wont sense idle). In my experiance this will make the engine run extrememly rich

Used it a few times aswell. Also has a few features trademe dosent have. Items are sometimes cheaper aswell, as sellers dont hike the price up to compensate for the fees.

The bushings in my E30 are compltely shot (so are the shocks, but thats another story). So im thinking about doing the back first, now im thinking about solid aluminium subframe bushes and 75D urethane trailing arm bushes, and a delrin diff bush. Now im wondering if the subframe bushings are going to be to stiff, I dont mind any road noise or anything like that. But does it add too much stress to the body with bumps and what not? Does anyone have any experiance with solid subframe bushings, or should I just get some urethane ones and save some $$ at the same time? Edit: wrong words in places.

Yes the number of people running unsecured wireless is amazing, especially when it is so easy to setup. Or the amount of people still using WEP, you may aswell hang a ethernet cable out your window.

If you replace the pump, pics of inside the transmission / replacing it!
