  1. Why would you paint over a sweet cour like techno violet with plain old silver?
  2. Thanks for the info. Havnt had a chance to get back to it yet, maybe Friday night and weekend. Still need to put those rear camber arms in the wagon tho
  3. Have heard mixed remarks on the amount to use, some say lots, some say little but I think that all depends on what product they're using. I found using less is best with this stuff. As with what Howard said is true.
  4. Alright il say it... How many Dakar yellow evo coupes?
  5. Yea brought a bench grinder the other day but have been using an electric drill that spins at 3000rpm with the buffing wheel on that with a flexovit compound then finish with mothers wheel polish and cleaned wax
  6. Haha still unsure wether they will go in the M3 or the wagon, and I don't think there will be enough sexual favours to cover the what these are going to cost me. New bolts and nuts is about 600 alone!
  7. So I got these of Jasjot a month ago as a rebuild project and so far have had them checked for straightness and had the lips skimmed to get rid of the curb rash. Over the weekend I built...the device! So I can start sanding and polishing them. Seems I work pretty well. Have split one and sanded and polished but it's still not shiney enough so may need more time with the buffing wheel. Here's some pics of progress so far And these are the centres they're going to have Also getting gold spiked bolts to hold it all together Still unsure what colour to do centres, mostly because I don't know what car it's going on yet
  8. So after been robbed by hella-functional, finally got the interior all back together today thanks to Ray. Had most of it done last weekend bar the pocket below the steering wheel that needed repainted as it was all comming off. But because it was a smooth finish it didn't quite blend in so used a rubberised coating to give it some texture. Came out pretty good and the colour is only a tad off but I'm sure it'll fade abit.
  9. Hahaha if he went forward quite possibly! but he got sucked under and spread along the side of the car. Also only costs 450 a year for full cover for it
  10. My m3 is with classic car and have no complaints. Had a claim 3 months in when I hit a hare and smashed up the front end and they sorted it out no problems. Cheaper than our daylies to insure
  11. Who are you getting to tune it? Mike at the turbo shop has done a lot of euro stuff in his time and could sort you out
  12. Is it a manual? Try putting the clutch in and see if it still does it
  13. Too many noises. What one was it?
  14. They were mags tho. Don't think they'd do steelies as they wound loose the ring that sits over the hub

    MY 320i E30

Still looking tidy as! Salt in the wounds tho? ;p
  16. Just run an aftermarket ecu with air flow delete and trumpets off the itb's
  17. Be a dead lock actuator, had the same thing on my wagon, unplug them all, replace fuse then plc one in at a time to see which one doesn't work and blows fuse
