There are a truly tiny number of E30s worth the $12k+(++) prices being asked. Current asking prices are trading on hype. Yes - prices are moving up, but not as much as the asking prices suggest.

Set of 4 rims, 7Jx16 et20. From what I can find these were OE fit on the E39 except the M5. Condition as per pics - nothing terrible about them, but they would benefit from refinishing. Tyres fitted might hold air, but the tyres are for protection of the rims, not use. Three tyres are 225/55-16, the other is a 205/55-16. Bought these for an E30 project which (assuming it goes ahead) will go in a different direction. No real idea what a set of Style 32s are worth. I like them, but appreciate the size is 'unfashionable' these days. I'll ask $200. Collection from Hawke's Bay. May be able to meet in Taupo in a week or two's time.

There's another on TM with an asking in the over $20k bracket. Sad thing is that with them commanding such high (asking) prices, we're questioning whether we can justify hanging on to the Baur.

A person who is good at something is not necessarily someone who is good at managing, or even helping, others do the same thing, however well-intentioned they may be. I have to wonder at the empathy being displayed by the two senior staff I'm working with. The CEO sometimes does display empathy, but I wonder how much of that is "this is the right thing to do" rather than actual effort. The manager I'm reporting to is on the one hand (re?)citing how I can help them help me, but then offering 'Performance Management" because I'm not delivering at 100%, 100% of the time.

On one hand, this gets easier. On the other it's more complicated. The counselor, and my doctor, have both suggested I find a new job. How does one go about getting a reference in the event it's needed?! 😅
