HB mate, Looking forward to seeing the wheels when they are done, but dont let them stop you from giving it large tonight

On the left it tells me you are Moderator, yet the above tells me you are NOUN DESCRIBING AN UNFORTUNATELY LARGE PERCENTAGE OF THE POPULATION.Its not an inconvenience to have children, its about safety and if you seriously believe what youve written above then youre more of a NOUN DESCRIBING AN UNFORTUNATELY LARGE PERCENTAGE OF THE POPULATION than a Moderator. E: Took the liberty of substituting some colourful and direct language. Smiley injection or less aggressive tone may be required E: I appreciate the sentiment Simon, but I stand by my comments. Not as colourful as some on the forum, but certainly direct ! E(2): Certainly appreciate the sentiment, and you know I'm also qualified in this area, but I'd be willing to bet that some of what was said was fairly tongue in cheek and more to get a reaction than have a go at anyone. I'm a dad, and I ain't bothered. If I see Mark in my spot though ...... I might have to open a can of wupass

Sorry to do this publicly, but Ive had no replies to phone messages, texts or PM's about this radiator you sent me for the 318is. Can you either call me (not sure if you still have my number) or just PM me so why can sort something out Cheers Martyn

Ive kept quite until now, but Ive had enough. You Cliff, along with the Shady's, the Andy's, the Fonzy's and the e30ftmfw's of this world are the reason why I quit moderating and contributing last year. People who cant be fcuked reading or adherring to the rules, argue with mods, argue with senior members and then have the balls to start throwing themselves about telling everyone how it should be run. If I had the ban stick the lot of you wouldnt have lasted five minutes. Sure the membership numbers wouldve been lower, but we wouldve looked after the quality people whilst we had them rather than watch them walk away leaving only the muppets to post stupid pointless thread after stupid pointless thread. When I think back over the years and remember the brilliant people who have left because of the likes of you lot it makes me sick. What a waste of what used to be a brilliant forum. There, I said it.

Id agree with the Ray however they look like the were painted by Stevie Wonder, have no center caps or tyres with one being damaged. I wonder whats hiding under all the paint as well. Good luck getting caps from BMW. I can still hear Jeff Grey laughing after I asked them to get some in for me four years ago. Heaven knows what the cost from Alpina Australia.

HB Dave, have a great day

Thanks Graham, those are the two pieces I found aswell. What confused me was the Police site saying you just go through a new wof test but the LTSA say you may also need to complete the noise test for $200. It all appears to be at the discretion of the tester at one of the 'approved' sites, so fingers crossed she gets through that.

My nieces Subaru has just been green stickered for having a noisy exhaust. Whats the story for this ? Is it a case of getting a new wof from an 'approved' testing station and away she goes, or does it require a noise 'test' with the associated $200 charge and certificate aswell ? Given its at the 'officers' discretion when she's pulled over, I assume getting a cert does not mean it cant happen again as its so easy to remove a compliant exhaust and fit another. Ive read the LTSA and Police websites and although helpful are slightly contradictory.

Nice to see the Bimmersport 'tall poppy' squad is still alive and kicking. I have a mint techII wheel which I imported last year so I know exactly how much it costs and I know just how much hassle it can be to organise. 370mm techII wheels are rare as hell in NZ so you have to pay the price when one comes up. Whether Im prepared to pay $50 or $500 is no-ones business but my own. I dont understand why people want to spend a grand on a set of replica weaves when you can get the originals for 6-800, but I dont feel the need to make thread about it. Anyway, congrats to Matt for winning the auction. I hope he enjoys every minute of his purchase and sticks two fingers up to the rest of you.

Mine spat the dummy yesterday and seized whilst doing 100 on the motorway. Is it likely to be the only thing needing replacement, other than the belt obviously, or is there any more damage it couldve done ? I only drove about 30m after it went bang so Im hoping not. Judging by realoem the part number is 11510393338 and I think they are standard on 316 and 318 e36's and e46's, e34 518's and the odd z3. I was planning on fixing this tomorrow so if someone can get it to me for the morning that would be much appreciated.

Cheers Guys, Always enjoyed bashing muppets thank you Simon.

A productive use of my tax would be for it to go to people who need it. The police, paramedics, nurses, schools etc rather than for you to learn how to play Donald Trump. As someone who had to pay 13% compounding interest as one of the first people to use student loans Id rather you used it for what it was intended and thats to pay for your education. If you dont need it, dont use it and let someone who does need it take advantage of it. But thats not the Kiwi way anymore is it. You get as many hand outs as you can and expect someone else to bail you out when it all goes wrong. If you expect your parents to bail you out if you get into trouble get them to lend you the money in the first place.

I need a new radiator. Would prefer something in Wellington in order to get it sorted ASAP but whatever saves me from spending $400 on a new one would be a bonus. Ray ?
